Great Tarot readers are hard to find....
Finding a great tarot reader was my obsession, I’d look for a great tarot reader the way most people look for a great hairdresser. This was the 90's. Looking back the real obsession was with the future. What will happen next? What’s my purpose? Why am I here? I felt lost. I needed to know.
Saturdays, Charity shops, tea & cake...
I love looking around charity shops, you never know what you’re going to find, I spend most of my time at the book section looking for Agatha Christie novels. Back in 2007, I was in an Oxfam book store on Byres road in Glasgow, making a b-line for the fiction books when a small yellow & blue book caught my eye, it was sticking out of the travel section - The Game of Life and How To Play It by Florence Scovel-Shinn.
This was the beginning of my manifesting journey.
Over the next 16+ years each book led to the next and not just on the topic of manifesting, some of the most interesting insights have came from books on the subconscious mind, meditating, and hypnosis. Through trial & error I have pieced together the various components, and I realized it’s not just about my thoughts, it’s also about my feelings It’s not just about waiting, it’s about action It’s not just about understanding, it’s about knowing It’s not just about this reality, it’s about the reality we create It’s not just about who we are, it’s about who we want to become. And It all begins with getting out of our own way and allowing what we want to arrive.
